Pramod Bhagat was born on 4 Jun 1988 in Hajipur, Bihar. He has 5 brothers and sisters. At the age of 5, He developed a defect on his left leg. When he was 13 years old, the first time he watched badminton and he was fascinated about that. After that, his deficiency could not able to stop him to follow his passion. One day, this Odia Pua became iconic and motivate personnel for the world. His achievements are listing every year 2013, 2014, 2015,2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. He started grabbing all the medals in his badminton career. The story is never-ending here. In the year  2021, he became the inspiration personality by being awarded a Gold medal in Tokya Paralympic Games 2020.

Today he has settled at Bhubaneswar with his family. Our Odisha's Chief Minister Mr. Naveen Patnaik felicitated him for his dedication to sports along with that class-I Odisha government job.
